2017 RESERVE, Cassata Vineyards

This outstanding Reserve blend consists of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Merlot all from the beautiful Cassata Vineyards in Sonoma Valley. From the moment it’s poured into the glass, this blend is highlighted with lofty scents of ripe fruits, cured meats, dried herbs, nutmeg, tobacco, leather, and cigar box. In the glass, these aromas are complemented with deep flavors of dark cherry, huckleberry, cassis, black plums, chocolate truffles, earth, and baking spices.
