2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Madrone Ridge

From the moment it’s poured into the glass, this Cabernet Sauvignon is highlighted with pronounced aromas of ripe berries, espresso beans, licorice, citrus peel, allspice, nutmeg, and cigar box. In the glass, these aromas are complemented with deep flavors of cherry, huckleberry, cassis, black plum, clove and dark chocolate. On the palate, these full-bodied flavors are further enhanced with smooth tannins, velvety texture, and an elegant dry finish.

Pairs well with blue cheese, pork chops with mushrooms and onions, beef bourguignon, rosemary braised lamb shank, and flourless chocolate cake with roasted cherries.
