2021 Sauvignon Blanc, Peterson Vineyard

Jon Peterson’s Vineyard in Sonoma Valley has been producing beautiful Sauvignon Blanc fruit for over 30 years. This new 2021 vintage is a crisp white wine with fragrant aromas of fresh spring flowers, ripe melon and citrus. Vibrant flavors of pear, peach, green fig, grapefruit and a hints of vanilla and almond paste on the long, smooth finish. An ideal wine to serve with prosciutto and melon, tangy cheeses, delicate fish, and garlic roasted prawns.
