Enjoy this refreshing white wine with raw oysters, classic ceviche, creamy cheeses, fettuccini alfredo and any of your favorite sautéed white fish with garlic. 

Our 2022 Pinot Grigio opens with expressive aromas of spring flowers, ripe stone fruit, and fresh citrus. The beautiful bouquet leads to vibrant flavors of ripe peach, melon, kiwi, and fresh squeezed lime. Enjoy with fresh summer melons, prosciutto, Dungeness crab, or grilled chicken served with a fresh fruit salsa. 

With a lovely dark red hue, the wine opens up with aromas of ripe red berries, dark fruits, mocha, fresh herbs, and savory spices.  On the palate, robust notes of dark cherry, cranberry, plum and raspberry are accented with lively hints of cinnamon, clove, and roasted nuts.

On the palate, the rich and generous flavors of briary blackberry, dark cherry, ripe plum, cassis, and red pear are enhanced with nuances of wild sage, cinnamon, black pepper, and dark chocolate.

On the nose, the fresh aromas of wild berries are interlaced with nuances of fresh lavender, dark chocolate truffle, baking spices, and cigar box. As the profile expands on the palate, the generous flavors of ripe blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry and fresh currants are layered with hints of cocoa, cassis, allspice, and wild sage.

Made from 100% Sangiovese pomace.  The combination of fresh juicy pomace and old world method distilling produced this Grappa, which is soft and elegant with a touch of sweetness in the mouth. The Italians serve Grappa after a full meal. Enjoy with friends.
